“The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity, the optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty.” — Winston Churchill.
Your mindset will always determine your approach to life and to people around you. Remember that a camera always captures what the lense focuses on; you will always drift to the direction of your mindset and towards the things you focus on.
Life can never be a bed of roses; a stress-free life is a mirage! However, you can always use the blocks on your path as “stepping stones” instead of seeing them as “stumbling blocks”. “Problems are not stop signs; they are guidelines”, says Robert Schuller.
One of the things to note about “success” and “failure” is that the former naturally draws closer to those who do not waste their energy complaining of the pebbles thrown at them by life or friends or frenemies, while the latter often finds a home in those who do otherwise.
Have a mindset of a Champion and a Winner; make daily efforts and work towards your goal/s! Champions and Winners do not have time to check on who throws pebbles at them, they are focused on their goals and entertain no time for complaints and animosity!
“If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems and find you are ready for greater challenges.” —Pat Riley.
